Sportbase is an online coaching service that caters for a range of clientele from recreational or fitness ethusiasts through to elite athletes. Our coaching services provide periodised yearly training programs which work towards your specific events and races. Each personalised program is layed out in an easy to follow 10 week blocks with individual daily training sessions and heart rate feedback data.

Sportbase utilises the latest technology through the use of Email, Skype and Training Peaks - Online Training Programming.
As online coaches we believe that your communication is our first priority. To show this we adhere to a 24 hour reply period on all of our enquires.
Both of our coaches have worked alongside Mark Elliott, a highly recognised and respected New Zealand multisport coach and athlete. Through his guidance we have learnt a range of valuable coaching tools and techniques.
